Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to France, Monaco, the European Union, the United States and the United Kingdom.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.


Delivery Times

  • France: 2–4 business days
  • Monaco: 2–4 business days
  • European Union: 3–5 business days; up to 8 days in some countries
  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping (available at checkout): 1–2 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high order volumes or carrier delays. We will contact you directly if your order is subject to significant delay.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard shipping is free on orders over 250€.

 

Customs and Taxes

  • European Union & Monaco 
    No customs fees or import duties apply.
  • United Kingdom 
    Orders over £135 may incur customs duties and VAT, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, it may be destroyed by UK customs authorities. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from such cases.

  • United States

    Due to recent updates in U.S. customs regulations, please be aware that your order may be subject to additional processing at the border. Clothing manufactured outside the U.S.—including items produced in Portugal, China, Italy, and other countries—may incur import taxes and customs duties. These charges are not included in the price displayed on our website and will be billed separately upon delivery.

    Please keep in mind that tariff rates and trade policies can change depending on government negotiations and regulations. We encourage our U.S. customers to stay informed about the latest customs rules to avoid unexpected costs.

    These charges are determined by customs authorities in your country and are outside of Purèlle’s control. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

     

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at contact@purelle-official.com. We will do our best to assist you and coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
