RETURNS
At PURÈLLE, we hope you love your order — but if something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return period from the date your package is delivered.
You can request a return directly through our Return Page. Simply enter your order number and email to begin the process.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Final sale items and any items showing signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
If returned items are received used, washed, or without original packaging or labels, PURÈLLE reserves the right to reject the return and cancel the refund.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method. PURÈLLE is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, please contact our customer service at contact@purelle-official.com before initiating a return. In such cases, PURÈLLE will cover the return shipping cost. However, the original shipping fee is not refunded.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and approved.
- The original shipping cost from your order is non-refundable.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after acceptance for the refund to appear.
Customs and International Returns
For returns from outside EU, any customs or import charges incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund.

- Enter your order number and email
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return
- Follow the instructions
- After approval, we’ll email you the return address. Use your preferred carrier to ship the item
- Pack your item(s) securely
- Affix the shipping label and drop off your package
